USEFUL INFORMATION

CHARGERS

Some of our AEG's (Automatic Electeric Gun), come with a battery and charger. The battery is a good, soild battery and with care will last.
The chargers that come with some of our products are factory, mass produced, two pin chargers. THESE CHARGERS ARE NOT SMART CHARGERS!
They will charge your battery however they may over-charge and damage the life of your battery. We recommend when purchacing any AEG,
you also buy a Vapex Smart Charger as they increase battery life and will protect your battery better than the factory charger.

Ni-Mh BATTERIES & Lipo BATTERIES

Ni-Mh batteries are standard batteries that are use in airsoft guns. Any of our products that indicate battery and charger included come with a Ni-Mh battery.
Voltage can range from 8.4v to 9.6v. As well as voltage these batteries have low and high amperage. This means the bigger the amperage,
the more RPS (Rounds Per Second) you can fire from your AEG. The higher the voltage also means, the bigger the battery.
When buying Ni-Mh batteries be careful that your gun can fit a bigger pack.

Lipo batteries are an upgrade battery. These batteries have a bigger discharge than Ni-Mh, which means even from a low voltage lipo battery you can have a bigger RPS than a larger Ni-Mh pack.
Lipo batteries are also smaller than Ni-Mh which means they can fit in almost any AEG & battery box.
NEVER USE A Ni-Mh CHARGER TO CHARGE A LIPO BATTERY. THIS WILL CAUSE SWELLING, FIRE, EVEN EXPLOSIONS.
Only use lipo chargers on lipo batteries. If you notice swelling on a lipo battery, do not use or attempt to charge.
When considering lipo batteries always get advice from us, as certain brands of airsoft gun cannot cope with Lipo batteries, and using them in your AEG will damage internal parts.

NEVER LEAVE ANY BATTERIES CHARGING UNATTENDED OR OVER LONG PERIODS OF TIME.

NEVER LEAVE A DYING BATTERY IN YOUR AEG OR FIRE YOUR AEG ON A DEAD/DYING BATTERY.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR AIRSOFT WEAPON

As with the 'real thing' you need to clean your weapon, especially if you have used it in rain, muddy or dusty conditions. Airsoft weapons are not made by Kalashnikov! You cannot
bury them in the garden, dig them up and expect them to work a month later. The most common firing problems can be cured by cleaning your inner barrel using a peice of cloth, paper towel on a cleaning rod (included in most weapons).
For more information on looking after your weapon please read the user manual you get with your weapon.

AIRSOFT LAW (NORTHERN IRELAND & UKARA)

As we operate in Northern Ireland we are bound by law to sell airsoft guns firing no higher than 1joule (328fps +/- 5%) All of our airsoft weapons are downgraded before sale and chronoed
even if your are ordering from outside of Northern Ireland we cannot increase FPS on any of our weapons.

Any Unregistered players (do not have a valid UKARA number) that wish to buy any Airsoft weapon, will have to have the weapon two-toned.
This means 51% of the gun will be a bright colour (orange, blue, green, red) IT IS ILLEGAL TO PAINT OVER THE TWO-TONE TO MAKE THE GUN LOOK REAL.
No one under the age of 18years of age can purchace an airsoft weapon. For more information on airsoft law in UK/Northern Ireland please vist www.ukara.org
